Our goal is for you to be thrilled with everything you order from Tryvoria. But if something isn't quite right, we've made the return process simple and stress-free—because how you feel matters to us.
Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
Not completely happy with what you ordered? You have a full 30 days after your delivery arrives to send it back. Whether the sizing was off or you just had a change of heart, we've got you covered.
For a return to qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state
- Original tags and packaging need to be attached
- You'll need to show proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
To kick off a return, simply send an email to info@tryvoria.shop with your order number and the reason you're returning it. Our support team will guide you through every step.
Return Shipping & Restocking Charges
Shipping It Back
Every approved return needs to be sent to our main warehouse located in Asia.
It's the customer's responsibility to handle:
- The cost of return shipping
- Selecting a carrier that offers customs processing and tracking
- Any customs fees, taxes, or handling charges that apply
- Submitting correct customs paperwork
Keep in mind that Tryvoria can't be held responsible if a return shipment is held up, turned away, or lost due to customs complications, unpaid charges, or an unsuitable shipping method.
Restocking Charge
A 15% fee applies to every approved return. This covers the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking the item.
This fee also applies in these situations:
- Packages that were never opened
- Deliveries that were refused
- Unclaimed packages sent back to us automatically
When the Fee Doesn't Apply
We may waive the restocking charge if your item shows up damaged or defective. These situations are evaluated individually.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Once we've started processing, we can't guarantee your cancellation will go through, and it may be denied depending on the order's status at that point. After your order has been delivered, you can still request a return under this policy.
Refunds—Quick and Dependable
After we get your returned item and check it over, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The money goes back to whatever payment method you originally used, and you'll get an email letting you know once it's complete.
Keep in mind:
- Shipping on your original order is always free—there are no hidden restocking fees or unexpected charges
- If you're returning something due to a change of mind or for an exchange, you'll cover the shipping and customs costs
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
That's the last thing we want to happen. If your order shows up damaged, or you got sent the wrong thing entirely, email us immediately at info@tryvoria.shop. We'll fix it right away, no hassle involved.
